John Mudford was born  in Limehouse, Middlesex.47

John Mudford son of George Mudford, Weaver, and Mary was born 31 Jan 1816 and baptized on 19 Jul 1816 in Limehouse, Middlesex.47

In the 1841 Census, he was a sail cloth weaver living with his father at Limehouse, Middlesex 9

In the 1851 Census he was living at Southwark, London with his brother Robert.10

He appears in the 1861, 1871 (indexed as Medford) and 1881 Census returns.

John Mudford and Elizabeth (Betsy) Donovan were married in 1852.16   Civil Registration of marriage reference is  Mar 1852, v 1c, p 734, St George in the East16  

He died in 1882.120  Civil Registration of Death reference is Jun 1882  v 1d, p 380, Wandsworth. Aged 66120  

John Mudford and Elizabeth (Betsy) Donovan had the following children:
