Charles John Peacock was born on 6 September 1862 in High Laver, Essex243 and was baptized in All Saints, High Laver, Essex.243 The Baptism Register for All Saints, High Laver, Essex, has the entry:

Charles John, son of Thomas & Anna Peacock, Labourer, of High Laver, was born 6/9/1862 and was baptised 5/10/1862

(In this baptism entry the name of the mother is Anna, but should be Emma).

In the 1871 and 1881 Censuses he is living with his parents.

Charles John Peacock and Jane Loker16 were married in 1883 in Epping, Essex.16 The Civil Marriage registration reference is: Dec 1882, v 4a, p 281: in Ongar, Essex16

He appears with Jane in the 1891 and 1901 Censuses, but it seems that they did not have children.

Charles was living South Street in Stansted Mountfitchet, Essex when he died in 1902, 243 but he was buried in All Saints, High Laver, Essex.243 The Burial Register for All Saints, High Laver, Essex, has the entry:

Charles Peacock, aged 40 , of South Street, Stansted, was buried 13/9/1902
