Susanna Burgar and Thomas Stephens were
married on 2 May 1802 in St Mary Marylebone.98
The marriage register entry is summarized as follows:
Susanna Burgar, Spinster, and Thomas Stephens, Bachelor, were married on the
2nd May 1802 at St Marylebone, Marylebone. Both signed the register. The
witnesses were Thomas Bird and Sarah Body(?).
The two witnesses were present at many weddings, suggesting that they
were "professional witnesses" and therefore may not have any real connection
with Susannah.
Thomas Stephens was born in about 1780.7
