Phineas James Tough Netto and Hannah (Johanna) Sullivan were married on 31 Oct 1825 in St Dunstans, Stepney, London.20 They appear together in the 1841 and 1851 Census returns. See 1841 and 1851 Census Returns. In 1851 his two eldest daughters are boarding at the nearby Hewbrew School for Girls. This was run by an organisation set up in 1809, The London School for Promoting Christianity amongst the Jews.
