Not positive that this is Kate Burgar. There are families of Burgon in Sheffield. However, we have not been able to find a record of a Kate Burgon being born or of a Kate Burgon in the 1881 Census. However, it is unusual for a person to have a wrong surname on two occasions.

Kathrine Martha Burgar was born in 1873. She was in Domestic Service at the time of the birth of her child Horace and also at the time of this Census. She is listed above as Katherine Burgon. We are not sure that this is really Kate Burgar. In the meantime her son Horace was living with his aunt in the Census below.
