Bottisham is midway between Cambridge and Newmarket. It seems that James Bond, the Elder, is now a widower, his wife Anne (Mary Ann Wallis) having died sometime between 1841 and 1851. His other three children are not with him. They are Emma Sophia (born 1826), Elizabeth (born 1829) and John (born 1831). However, Elizabeth may be in the Census below.
