Transcript of the Will of Andrew Wood West

 (Origin unknown, but thought to be from the Court of Probate. when probate was granted on the 1st October 1862.  Transcript provided by Felicity Brown 161)

Andrew Wood West formerly of 4 Parkfield Street, Islington, but late of 21 Wenlock Street, New North Road both in the County of Middlesex by oaths of Mary West of 8 Lincoln Place, New North Road, widow, and Alfred Hudson Leather of Model Place, Church Aston, Birmingham in the county of Warwick, commercial clerk proved on 1st October 1862.

 This is the last will and Testament of me Andrew Wood West of 4 Parkfield Street, Islington, I direct all my just debts  and Testamentary expenses to be paid out of my personal estate.  I give and devise the whole of my real and personal estate unto my wife for and during the term of her natural life if she should so long continue my widow and from and after her decease or marry again whichsoever shall first happen I give and devise the whole of my said real and personal estate unto my daughter Charlotte, the wife of Alfred Hudson Leather, her heirs executors  administrators and assigns absolutely to and for her and their own use and benefit to be had, enjoyed and disposed of by my said daughter as her separate estate, without the control of her present or any future husband.  I appoint my said wife and Alfred Hudson Leather the executors of this my Will made on 24th June 1858.
