Frank Burgar was born in 1868 in Sheffield, Yorkshire.^15,16 Civil Registration of Births reference is Dec 1868 V 9c p 374 - Sheffield, Yorkshire¹⁶

He died in 1919 at Bristol, Conneticut, USA.^18,22

Frank appears in the 1871 and 1881 census living with his widowed mother.

Frank Burgar and Rose Hannah Beatson were married in 1891 in Sheffield, Yorkshire.¹⁶ Civil Registration of marriage reference is Mar 1891 V 9c p 668 - Sheffield, Yorkshire.¹⁶

They are living with her brother in the 1891 Census. Frank was a Slater & Steeple Jack in 1901.¹⁵

Frank was a bell ringer in the Cathedral (the Old Church) in Sheffield. When he left for the USA on 17th February 1906 he was presented with a sterling silver bell from his bell-ringing colleagues (details provided by Andrew Burgar  ^134,  and by James Burgar ¹³⁵ ).

Frank and his son, Frank, went to the USA in 1906 and once they were established the rest of the family joined them.

Rose Hannah Beatson was born in 1871 in Sheffield, Yorkshire.¹⁵

In the 1881 Census, she was living with her parents.

She died in 1947 in the USA. ²²

Frederick Edward Burgar18,22 was born in 1897 in Ecceshall B Sheffield Yorks.15,16 Civil Registration of Births reference is Jun 1897 V 9c p 416 - Ecceshall B Sheffield Yorks16 In the 1901 Census, he was living at 26 Humble Road Eccesall Bierlow.15   He died in 1975 at Conneticut, USA.22 Not married.
