Fifth GenerationRachel Peacock (1834 - after 1911) - daughter of John Peacock (1813 - 1896) - son of John Peacock (1766 - 1829) - son of John Peacock (1738-?) - son of John Peacock (about 1710 - 1742) Rachel Peacock was baptized in Matching, Essex.The Baptism Register of St Mary the Virgin, Matching, Essex,222 has the entry: Rachel, daughter of John & Eliza Peacock, Labourer of Matching Green, was baptised 15.6.1834 On the same day, John's sister Elizabeth, had her son James Lee baptised. James, son of Philip and Elizabeth Lee, Blacksmith Lab of Matching Green was baptised 15.6.1834 Rachel appears in the 1841 and 1851 Census returns living with her parents. See 1841 and 1851 Census returns Rachel married John Trundle in 1856. The Civil Registration of Marriage reference is: Mar 1856, Vo 4a, p 65, Ongar, Essex. They continued to live in Matching Green for their married life. During this time she lived next to her brother in some Censuses, and also to her siblings and cousins. Rachel is in the 1911 Census, but the details are not yet available. She thus died after 1911. John Trundle was born in 1832 in White Roothing, Essex but was baptized on 15 June 1834 in St Mary the Virgin, Matching, Essex. John died in 1905.
