Charles Peacock was born on 1 April 1863 in Great Parndon, Essex²⁵⁰ and was baptized  in St Mary the Virgin, Great Parndon, Essex.²⁵⁰ The Baptism Register of St Mary the Virgin, Great Parndon, Essex, has the entry:

Charles, son of James & Eliza Peacock Labourer of Great Parndon, was born 1/4/1863 and was baptised 31.5.1863

Charles Peacock and Ellen Fosker were married in 1887.¹⁶ The Civil Marriage registration reference is  Sep 1887, v 4a, p 295: in Epping, Essex¹⁶

They appear together in the 1891 Census return, living in Enfield London, where he is a Railway signal man¹⁴

Ellen Fosker was born in 1862 in Monks Eleigh, Suffolk.¹⁴
