Adams died in 1786. The Civil registration reference is Mar 1886, vol
1a, p 292. Aged 75. Chelsea, London.
Since he was a pauper in the Chelsea Work House in the 1881 census it is
possible that he died there in 1886.

1854. He and his two surviving sons were living together in 1861.
In 1871 James was living back in Winkfield, but in 1881
he was a pauper living in the Chelsea Workhouse.
